How does the free trial work?

Simply complete the Request Demo Form and one of our team will be in touch to guide you through launching your trial, adding your first customer and managing your first booking.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Quite simply, no. At the end of your trial your account will close if we’ve not found the right solution to suit your needs.

How long is the free trial?

Typically trials last 4 weeks so you fully put us to the test and make sure that you’ve found the best solution for your business.

What support is available to me?

Our support is second to none and provided by our team of dedicated customer success managers. Plus, we’re always on hand to answer any questions.

What if I want to change my plan?

We’ve designed our packages based on the needs of our customers and if your needs change you’ve just got to discuss your requirements with your customer success manager to see which package best fits your needs. And don’t worry, there’s no fee or penalty to change package as change isn’t always a bad thing.

How much time can I expect to save using Cargo Forwarder™?

Good question. It depends on the size of your business and the complexity of the jobs that you’re doing but our customers tell us they’re typically able to reduce time spent on manual operations by about 20%.
